Muesli, Nuts and Fruit Salad in a Jar

This muesli, nuts, and fruit salad in a jar provide all the nutrition you need in the morning, so you’ll be energetic enough to face a new busy day. You can also take it away and serve it as an energy-packed sweet snack. Make one for your significant other, too!

Ingredients

1 cup muesli
16 dried apricots
2 ounces of cashews
3 tablespoons of dried cranberries
3 tablespoons of mixed seeds
3.5 ounces of white mulberries
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
4 tablespoons of honey
½ cup yogurt
1 handful pecan nuts

Steps

  1. To make a salad in a jar, you’ll need two jars of about 12 ounces/370 grams.
  2. Divide the muesli between the two jars.
  3. Add the dried apricots, cashews, dried cranberries, mixed seeds, white mulberries, chia seeds, honey, yogurt, and pecans equally into each jar.
  4. Cover the jars and open them when you’re ready to serve the salad.
