1 cup muesli
16 dried apricots
2 ounces of cashews
3 tablespoons of dried cranberries
3 tablespoons of mixed seeds
3.5 ounces of white mulberries
3 tablespoons of chia seeds

½ cup yogurt
1 handful pecan nuts
