Mozzarella Chicken Breast in Sour Cream

Are you tired of the same old fried chicken? Try cooking it in a delicious sour cream sauce, with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and basil. Because the chicken is carved, it cooks all the way through. This leads to a fuller flavor and a lovelier texture.
