1 bread
5 ounces of mozzarella
5 ounces of mortadella
1 yolk

How to Make Mozzarella and Mortadella Super-Sandwich

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Make deep incisions on the crust of the bread, without slicing it completely.
  3. In each cut made, add a slice of mozzarella alternated with a slice of mortadella.
