Mozzarella and Bacon Omelet Rolls

Somebody just calls you to let you know they’ll come over to your place, and you realize you’ve got nothing to serve. Sounds familiar? Well, no need to panic! All you have to do is prepare something simple, tasty and quick to make. How do omelet rolls with bacon and mozzarella sound? Is that the bell ringing?

Ingredients Needed for Mozzarella and Bacon Omelet Rolls

2 eggs
2 bacon slices
1 ounce shredded mozzarella

How to Cook Mozzarella and Bacon Omelet Rolls

  1. Make the omelet then spread it on a cutting board.
  2. Add bacon slices and shredded mozzarella on top. Roll the omelet and slice it in 0,8 inch (2 cm) thick slices.
  3. Works best served with sweet chili dip.
