Ingredients Needed for Mexican Sausage Tortilla Wraps

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 leek, green and white parts only
2 pork sausages s, chopped
2 ounces of canned red beans
2 ounces of canned white beans
2 ounces of sweet corn
2 tortilla wraps
1 tomato, sliced
¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
1 green chili, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of yogurt

How to Make Mexican Sausage Tortilla Wraps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the leek and sausages, and cook them for 2 minutes. Add the beans and corn, and leave the skillet on heat for another 2-3 minutes, while occasionally stirring.
  3. Place the tortilla wraps on your working surface. Add some tomato slices and add half of the the bean and sausage mixture on each tortilla. Top with a few chili slices, and one tablespoon of yogurt.
  4. Fold the tortilla wraps and serve.
