½ watermelon
½ cantaloupe
10 bocconcinis
½ lime
mint
honey

How to Make Melon and Mozzarella Salad

  1. Use an ice cream scoop to take out small rounds out of both watermelon and cantaloupe.
  2. Add them in a large salad bowl alongside bocconcini and squeeze lime juice.
  3. Add fresh mint according to your preferences and use a spoon to mix all of it together.
  4. Use the cantaloupe’s empty shell as a cup for serving and add honey if you prefer it more sweet.
