Ingredients Needed for Mediterranean Salad

1 oak leaf lettuce
½ red bell pepper
1 cucumber
1 tomato
6 olives, without pit
3 ounces of cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper

How to Make Mediterranean Salad

  1. Remove the end of the salad and chop it. Chop the red bell pepper.
  2. Peel off the skin of the cucumber and chop it in small cubes.
  3. Slice the tomato and the olives.
  4. Chop the cheese into small cubes.
  5. Add all the ingredients in a large salad bowl, pour olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix all of the ingredients together and serve.
