Ingredients Needed for Mediterranean Chicken

1 onion
1 lemon
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
4 ounces of chicken breast, thinly sliced
salt
5 garlic cloves
oregano
10 olives

How to Make Mediterranean Chicken

  1. Slice the onion and split it into rings.
  2. Also cut the lemon in half. Slice one half of the lemon. Keep remaining half for its juice.
  3. Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  4. Add the chicken and season it with salt.
  5. Fry for about 5 minutes per side, until golden.
  6. Heat another skillet and add the remaining vegetable oil.
  7. Fry onion for about 1 minute. Add garlic cloves and lemon slices.
  8. Top it with fresh oregano and add the olives.
  9. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon half.
  10. Add the chicken, stir, and leave on heat for about 1-2 minutes more.
