Ingredients Needed for Meatball Ciabatta Sandwich

7 ounces of ground beef
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of ginger powder
salt
2 spring onions, chopped
pepper
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 ciabatta breads
3 tablespoons of ketchup
8 tomato slices
2 ounces of iceberg salad
12 cucumber slices
2 tablespoons of mustard

How to Make Meatball Ciabatta Sandwich

  1. First things first: start with the meatball mixture. Take a large bowl, add ground beef, soy sauce, ginger powder, salt, pepper, and spring onion. Use your hands to make the meatballs.
  2. Use a skillet, add vegetable oil and fry the meatballs until they get a brown color.
  3. Slice the bread in half.
  4. For the first sandwich spread ketchup on the bread, add 1 ounce iceberg salad, 4 tomato slices and 6 cucumber slices. Add meatballs, spread mustard and ketchup and finish it with the top layer of the ciabatta.
  5. Repeat the steps above for the second sandwich.
