- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the minced meat. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Divide the cooked meat into two equal parts.
- You’ll need two ramekins to fill. Layer the mince and then the mozzarella. Continue with a second layer of mince and mozzarella. Top with an egg.
