Meat and Cheese Mini Casserole

If you don’t know what to do with the leftover mince from yesterday’s dinner, maybe we can help with an idea. Fill two ramekin dishes with some mince, add shredded mozzarella cheese and top with an egg. Bake these mini casseroles and serve them for breakfast!

Ingredients Needed for Meat and Cheese Mini Casserole

    7 ounces of minced meat
    2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    5 ounces of shredded mozzarella
    2 eggs

How to Make Meat and Cheese Mini Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the minced meat. Season it with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the cooked meat into two equal parts.
  4. You’ll need two ramekins to fill. Layer the mince and then the mozzarella. Continue with a second layer of mince and mozzarella. Top with an egg.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy warm!
