14 ounces of green peas, frozen
salt
2 ounces of butter
fresh mint
¼ cup parmesan, shredded

How to Make Mashed Green Peas

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and fill it halfway with water.
  2. Add the frozen peas and a pinch of salt. Boil for the next 25 minutes.
  3. Use a hand blender to mash the peas along with the butter, salt, mint, and parmesan. Blend until smooth.
