14 ounces of green peas, frozen
salt
2 ounces of butter
fresh mint
¼ cup parmesan, shredded

Heat a saucepan over medium heat and fill it halfway with water.

Add the frozen peas and a pinch of salt. Boil for the next 25 minutes.

Use a hand blender to mash the peas along with the butter, salt, mint, and parmesan. Blend until smooth.

Pass the puree through a strainer to make it extra-creamy.
