Marinated Pork Roast with Stir-Fried Sweet Corn

Flavor the pork by marinating it in acidic lime juice and soy sauce. Frying and then roasting will render it mega-delicious. Serve the meat with mildly sweet pan-cooked sweet corn. Make this one buttery, slightly hot, and flavor it with rosemary and lime. It’s totally worth the hassle.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it.
