Tiramisu, anyone? Except that this time we’re changing the classical recipe a little. So, keep the cocoa and coffee out for this one. Let’s make it mango-themed with the ladyfingers soaked in a mixture of orange juice and brandy. It’s 20 minutes well spent, refrigeration time aside.

Ingredients Needed for Mango Tiramisu

2 cups of heavy whipping cream
    7 ounces of cream cheese
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    ½ cup powdered sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 cup orange juice
    1 ounce brandy
12 ounces of ladyfingers (20 pieces)
    12 ounces of canned mango
    1 mango, diced

How to Make Mango Tiramisu

  1. Add the whipping cream, cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and egg yolks to the mixer bowl. Mix until you have a smooth cream.
  2. Add the orange juice and brandy to a bowl and shortly mix them. Soak the ladyfingers in it, then layer 10 of them into a fitting baking pan.
  3. Evenly layer 1/3 of the creamy mixture over them, add the canned mango, layer some more creamy mixture and add the remaining ladyfingers.
  4. Layer the remaining creamy mixture and top with the diced mango. Refrigerate for 60 minutes and serve.
