Mango Jelly

Now that summer will be here shortly, we’ve made a nice and refreshing mango jelly, just perfect to cool you down and fill up with a fair share of vitamins!

Ingredients Needed for Mango Jelly

2 mangoes, chopped
½ cup water
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
¼ cup sugar
½ cup milk

How to Cook Mango Jelly

  1. Place the chopped mangoes in a tall glass container. Set up your mixer and blend the mangoes.
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the water and bring it to a boil. Slowly add the gelatin powder and sugar, while whisking.
  3. Add the mango juice in a large bowl. Pour the gelatin powder, and the milk, while whisking continuously, until all of the ingredients combine.
  4. Pour the smoothie in four small glasses, and refrigerate them for 1 hour before serving.
