Lemons bring the best out of chicken, so here is a recipe that will make you enjoy these 2 ingredients. It’s quite a simple one, great for when you are in a hurry, because it’s ready in about 20 minutes! As a tip, the recipe is better if you use a good wine when cooking the ingredients. We think that: the better the wine, the better the recipe!

Ingredients Needed for Lemon and White Wine Chicken

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup flour
2 chicken breasts
½ cup white wine
2 lemons slices
2 limes slices

How to Cook Lemon and White Wine Chicken

  1. Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and butter.
  2. Coat the chicken with flour and add it in the skillet.
  3. Cook it for about 5-6 minutes per side. Pour in the white wine.
  4. Stir, and add lemon and lime slices. Cook for about 1 more minute while stirring, and turn off the heat.
  5. You can serve it with asparagus aside.
