Ingredients Needed for Lemon and Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon dried oregano
sea salt
½ teaspoon paprika
pepper
8 chicken drumsticks
¼ cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Cook Lemon and Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Combine the garlic, lemon zest, dried oregano, sea salt, paprika, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the chicken drumsticks, lemon juice, and olive oil. Coat the drumsticks with this mixture. Cover the bowl with a foil and let the meat marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425˚F/220˚C.
  4. Add the chicken drumsticks to a baking dish and roast them for 30 minutes.
