8 chicken drumsticks
¼ cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons of olive oil
How to Make Lemon and Garlic Chicken Drumsticks
- Combine the garlic, lemon zest, dried oregano, sea salt, paprika, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken drumsticks, lemon juice, and olive oil. Coat the drumsticks with this mixture. Cover the bowl with a foil and let the meat marinate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425˚F/220˚C.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to a baking dish and roast them for 30 minutes.
