Leftover Turkey and Pate Baguette

Here is a recipe we recommend if you plan on spoiling yourself the day after Thanksgiving! Besides turkey, we have filled this delicious baguette with lots of other ingredients. Butter, pate, ginger, chili sauce, mayo, lots of veggies make this baguette more of a gourmet-type sandwich!

Ingredients

1 cucumber, shredded
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
parsley
½ lime
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 baguette
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon pate
2.5 ounces of leftover turkey, thin shreds
salt
2 lemons

Steps

  1. Grab a salad bowl and add the shredded cucumber and carrot. Add vinegar, soy sauce, parsley, and half of the lime juice. Mix everything with a fork.
  2. Use a small bowl and mix the mayonnaise, chili sauce, ginger, and chili flakes.
  3. Now, for making the sandwich, slice the baguette through the middle. Grab one of the slices, spread butter and pate over it, and top it with turkey leftovers. Spread the mayo mixture over the remaining slice. Use this half of the baguette to top the other one.
  4. Serve!
