How to Make Lamb Stew With Green Beans and Peas

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, and cook them for 2-3 minutes, until softened. After that, add the lamb shoulder and season it with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. Cook the lamb for about 2-3 minutes per side. Add the carrot and bay leaves.
