½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup beer
2 garlic cloves, crushed
lime juice
4 lamb ribs 4 ounces each

How to Make Lamb Ribs With Soy Sauce and Beer

  1. Add the dried thyme, salt, brown sugar, soy sauce, beer, garlic and lime juice to a bowl and mix.
  2. Place the lamb ribs in the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Fill a saucepan with vegetable oil a third of the way, heat it, and place the ribs inside. Cook them on both sides until golden brown.
