Lamb Ribs With Soy Sauce and Beer

These lamb ribs are meaty, succulent, and dripping with flavor. And they’re also not that hard to make. Marinate the ribs in a thyme, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lime, and beer mixture. Then cook them in some vegetable oil. Serve with a bunch of nutritious leafy greens and a spicy dip!

Ingredients Needed for Lamb Ribs With Soy Sauce and Beer

½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup beer
2 garlic cloves, crushed
lime juice
4 lamb ribs 4 ounces each
vegetable oil

How to Cook Lamb Ribs With Soy Sauce and Beer

  1. Add the dried thyme, salt, brown sugar, soy sauce, beer, garlic and lime juice to a bowl and mix.
  2. Place the lamb ribs in the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Fill a saucepan with vegetable oil a third of the way, heat it, and place the ribs inside. Cook them on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Serve them on a platter with the dip.
