2 garlic cloves, crushed

4 lamb ribs 4 ounces each

How to Cook Lamb Ribs With Soy Sauce and Beer
- Add the dried thyme, salt, brown sugar, soy sauce, beer, garlic and lime juice to a bowl and mix.
- Place the lamb ribs in the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Fill a saucepan with vegetable oil a third of the way, heat it, and place the ribs inside. Cook them on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve them on a platter with the dip.
