Kung Pao Pork

Planning an Asian-inspired dinner tonight? We suggest you keep it simple and try a classic, but really delicious dish: Kung Pao Pork! Try making it with pork neck, which is a lot more tender than other pork cuts!

Ingredients Needed for Kung Pao Pork

    5 ounces of pork neck
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    salt
    pepper
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 chili
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 spring onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons of peanuts, roasted
    4 bok choy leaves

How to Make Kung Pao Pork

  1. Slice the pork meat. Add vegetable oil in a skillet and begin cooking it.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. After 2 minutes add soy sauce.
  3. Slice the chili and add it for a spicy kick.
  4. Add bell pepper and spring onion.
  5. Keep mixing in the pan for about 3 more minutes until the meat is cooked.
  6. When almost ready add roasted peanuts and finish with the bok choy leaves.
  7. Serve with rice for an authentic Asian experience!
