Have you met Jack ‘Oreo’ Skellington? Turn your Oreo crackers into Halloween-themed popsicles. First, coat them with melted white chocolate. Then transform each coated Oreo into a Skellington head with the help of melted dark chocolate or chocolate syrup and candy eyeballs. Heck, you can even make bow ties for them!

Ingredients Needed for Jack Skellington Oreo Pops

7 ounces of white chocolate (2 bars)
6 ounces of oreos (1 package, 12 Oreos)
3 ounces of dark chocolate (or chocolate syrup)
candy eyeballs, store-bought

How to Cook Jack Skellington Oreo Pops

  1. Melt the white chocolate:

Fill a medium cooking pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil. Lay a heatproof bowl on top and add the white chocolate in it. Start melting the chocolate, mixing with a spatula in the process.

  2. Insert a popsicle stick into each Oreo. Coat them with melted white chocolate, pin them in a vertical position, then refrigerate for 60 minutes.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate:

Fill a medium cooking pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil. Lay a heatproof bowl on top and add the dark chocolate in it. Start melting the chocolate, mixing with a spatula in the process.

  4. Decorate each Oreo popsicle with candy eyeballs and draw the mouth, Jack Skellington’s style. Use melted dark chocolate as glue for the eyes, as well for the mouth.
