If you care for some incredibly easy to make, “self-contained” appetizers, you are in the right place. We’ll make our cups from cucumber by cutting it into thicker slices and scooping out some of the pulp. Fill them with hummus, sprinkle sesame seeds and paprika and there you have it.

  2. Using a smaller knife, scoop out the center of each cucumber piece.
  3. Fill a pipping bag with the store-bought hummus and fill up each cucumber piece.
