6 ounces of store-bought hummus
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon paprika powder

If you care for some incredibly easy to make, “self-contained” appetizers, you are in the right place. We’ll make our cups from cucumber by cutting it into thicker slices and scooping out some of the pulp. Fill them with hummus, sprinkle sesame seeds and paprika and there you have it.

Peel the cucumber and cut off both its ends. Using a fork scratch parallel grooves lengthwise, then cut it into pieces, approximately 1 inch thick.

Using a smaller knife, scoop out the center of each cucumber piece.

Fill a pipping bag with the store-bought hummus and fill up each cucumber piece.

Sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds and paprika.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it. However, in time I kind of built on this habit and, slowly but surely, I began to turn toward the Mediterranean cuisine and, occasionally, even the Mediterranean diet.
