Hot Salmon Salad

If you like sushi, then you might want to try this salmon salad. Mix it with sour and salty pickled cucumber and some parsley, to freshen up the taste! Beet makes it a bit sweet, just perfect to balance everything. Spice it up with some chili flakes and pepper, and dig in!

Ingredients Needed for Hot Salmon Salad

6 ounces of salmon fillet
1 cucumber
1 parsley
1 tablespoon caper
1 small beetroot
2 tablespoons of chili flakes

How to Cook Hot Salmon Salad

  1. Remove the skin from the salmon fillet.
  2. Dice the salmon flesh. Dice the pickled cucumber. Chop the parsley. Dice the beet.
  3. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  4. Season with pepper.
  5. Serve the salmon salad with toast or crackers.
