6 ounces of salmon fillet
1 tablespoon caper
1 small beetroot
2 tablespoons of chili flakes

- Remove the skin from the salmon fillet.
- Dice the salmon flesh. Dice the pickled cucumber. Chop the parsley. Dice the beet.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Season with pepper.
