Hot Coconut-Lime Beef Chuck

For the most carnivorous out there, meet the rare beef chuck. Of course, we’ll have to sear it, but first, flavor it by marinating in a hot and limy coconut oil mixture. Serve it thinly sliced. Also, try and cut against the grain if you’re looking for the most tender experience.
