Ingredients Needed for Hot Coconut-Lime Beef Chuck

¼ cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 teaspoon chili flakes
sea salt
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon ginger, shredded
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 pound beef chuck

How to Make Hot Coconut-Lime Beef Chuck

  1. Add the coconut oil, lime juice, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, and lime zest to a bowl. Season with sea salt and mix until even.
  2. Place the beef chuck inside the bowl and coat it with the mixture. Cover with plastic foil and marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil in a skillet over high heat and transfer the marinated beef to it. Fry for 8 minutes on both sides.
