Hot Chicken Wings

So you’re aware that chicken skin is not very diet-friendly, nor is it too healthy. But nobody ever died from tasting it every once in a while. So, for tonight make these hot and crunchy chicken wings and enjoy them without worrying about removing the skin.

Ingredients Needed for Hot Chicken Wings

10 cherry tomatoes
3 chicken wings
1 teaspoon red hot sauce
vegetable oil for frying
½ white onion
1 teaspoon butter

How to Cook Hot Chicken Wings

  1. Coat the chicken wings in red hot sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the chicken wings, for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the onion in half.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
  5. In another skillet heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook the onion.
  6. Add the butter and let it melt.
  7. Add the cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook them for about 3-5 minutes.
  8. Serve the fried chicken wings with stir-fried vegetables.
