10 ounces of chicken breast
¼ cup honey
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup panko
How to Cook Honey and Cornflake Chicken Fingers
- Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
- Put the chicken, cut in strips, in a bowl. Pour the honey over it, add a dash of salt and mix everything together until the chicken is nice and soaked in honey.
- Dip the chicken in corn flakes, then panko and put the strips on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve it with hot sauce.
