Ingredients Needed for Honey and Cornflake Chicken Fingers

10 ounces of chicken breast
¼ cup honey
salt
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup panko

How to Make Honey and Cornflake Chicken Fingers

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Put the chicken, cut in strips, in a bowl. Pour the honey over it, add a dash of salt and mix everything together until the chicken is nice and soaked in honey.
  3. Dip the chicken in corn flakes, then panko and put the strips on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve it with hot sauce.
