How to Make Homemade Bulgur
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the water in it.
- Add the bulgur in a strainer and wash it with cold water.
- Bring the water to a boil and add the bulgur. Season with a pinch of salt.
- Cook everything for 15 minutes, while stirring from time to time, until all of the water is absorbed into the bulgur.
