1 cup bulgur
2 cups of water
salt

Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the water in it.

Add the bulgur in a strainer and wash it with cold water.

Bring the water to a boil and add the bulgur. Season with a pinch of salt.

Cook everything for 15 minutes, while stirring from time to time, until all of the water is absorbed into the bulgur.
