Achieve the noodle form with a spiralizer and pan-cook in ghee clarified butter. Flavor it with garlic, parsley, thyme, and oregano, but you don’t have to stop there.

Ingredients Needed for Herb Zoodles With Ghee

1 zucchini
¼ cup ghee
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
sea salt
pepper

How to Cook Herb Zoodles With Ghee

  1. Cut the zucchini into noodles using a spiral slicer.
  2. Heat the ghee in a skillet over low heat and add the garlic. Cook and stir a little until tender.
  3. Add the parsley, thyme, and oregano. Cook and stir until wilted.
  4. Add the zucchini noodles and stir them in. Season with sea salt and pepper. Stir in.
  5. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
