5 ounces of baby spinach
3.5 ounces of canned beets, sliced
6 ounces of feta cheese, cubed
1 red chili, sliced
3 spring onions, sliced
2 tablespoons of canola oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
salt
pepper

How to Make Healthy Salad for Two
