Being in a hurry is not an excuse for not eating your breakfast. That’s a 5-minute breakfast recipe that is good to go too. Just put in a jar some Cheerios, banana slices, milk, and honey. That’s all! Easy, isn’t it? Eat it at work or while you wait at traffic lights.

Ingredients Needed for Healthy Breakfast in a Jar

1 banana
2 ounces of cheerios
1 ounce walnuts
⅔ cup milk
1 tablespoon honey

How to Cook Healthy Breakfast in a Jar

  1. Slice the banana.
  2. Put in a jar 1/2 of all the Cheerios.
  3. Add 4-5 banana slices.
  4. Add the remaining Cheerios.
  5. Add the walnuts.
  6. Add the banana slices.
  7. Pour the milk into the jar.
  8. Add honey to taste.
