Why don't you try these Hawaiian pitas? They are packed with a mix of eggs, ham, and pineapple, all topped with some fresh arugula and shredded mozzarella. Works great as a snack but you can also make them in the morning and take them to work.

Ingredients Needed for Hawaiian Pita

2 ham slices
2 canned pineapple slices
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
4 eggs
¼ cup milk
1-ounce arugula
¼ cup low moisture mozzarella, shredded
½ teaspoon chili flakes
2 pitas

How to Make Hawaiian Pita

  1. Place the ham and pineapple slices on your wooden board. Cut them into small cubes.
  2. Heat a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pineapple and ham.
  3. Add the eggs to the skillet and pour the milk. Whisk vigorously.
  4. Add the arugula, shredded mozzarella, and season with chili flakes. Stir to combine the scrambled eggs with arugula and mozzarella.
  5. Serve it inside pitas.
