Ham and Mozzarella Croissant Pudding

Ingredients

6 croissants
¼ cup mustard
6 hams slices
6 ounces of low moisture mozzarella, shredded
1 teaspoon butter
cup heavy cream
nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.

Halve the croissants lengthwise.

Make croissant sandwiches: spread mustard on the bottom half of each one, then add one slice of ham, some shredded mozzarella, then top the sandwiches with the other half of each croissant.

Grease a ceramic pie pan with butter, then place all of the croissants in it.

Spread the heavy cream on them.

Top with the remaining mozzarella and grate some nutmeg over them.

Bake for 15 minutes.
