Ham and Cheese Sticks

There are lots of ways of serving a sandwich, so here is a new one for you to try at home. Make a simple ham and cheese sandwich, place it over the hot grill, and then slice it into thin sticks. They’re great when served with a good dip, and we’ve made one, with mayo, mustard and parmesan.
Ingredients Needed for Ham and Cheese Sticks
2 toast breads slices
2 cheeses slices
2 hams slices
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
0.5 ounce parmesan, shredded
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
How to Cook Ham and Cheese Sticks
- Top one of the bread slices with 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of ham, the remaining cheese, and close it with the remaining slice of bread.
- Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the dip: add the mayonnaise, parmesan, and grain mustard in a small bowl.
- Mix them until smooth.
- Carefully slice the grilled sandwich and serve the sticks with the dip.
