Ingredients Needed for Halibut Meuniere
12 ounces of halibut fillet (cut into 2 pieces)
salt
pepper
½ cup flour
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
fresh parsley, chopped (for garnishing)
lemon wedges for serving
How to Make Halibut Meuniere
- Place the two fillet pieces on the work surface between 2 paper towels. Carefully pat them dry.
- Rub them with salt and pepper, then coat them with flour
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the fish on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve drizzled with some lemon juice and garnished with parsley. You can add some lemon wedges on the plate, too.
