Guacamole Lettuce Boats

This isn't your classic guacamole, but it's worth trying it anytime you crave for avocado. The recipe is very simple: just halve the tomatoes and season them, mash the avocado and serve everything in small lettuce boats.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it.
