Do you have some leftover guacamole in the refrigerator? It’s time to use it! Fill a chicken breast with it and wrap it in bacon. A chicken breast is enough to make two servings! Have a delicious lunch!

Ingredients Needed for Guacamole Chicken Pack

1 chicken breast
2 tablespoons of guacamole
6 bacon slices

How to Cook Guacamole Chicken Pack

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Cut in halves the chicken breast.
  3. Make a small hole in each chicken piece using a knife.
  4. Fill the holes with guacamole.
  5. Wrap each chicken piece in bacon slices.
  6. Bake them for 35 minutes.
