Tacos anyone? This Mexican treat comes in all sorts of varieties and combos, and today we present one of our favorite ones. It has smoked salmon, cream cheese, and a few veggies. You don’t want to leave them aside, because they bring a nice amount of savor and freshness that we all enjoy. Add even more flavor by grilling the taco for a couple of minutes!

Ingredients Needed for Grilled Salmon Taco

¼ cucumber
¼ red bell pepper
1 spring onion
⅓ avocado
¼ lemon
1 tortilla wrap
1 tablespoon cream cheese
3 ounces of smoked salmon

How to Make Grilled Salmon Taco

  1. Thinly slice the cucumber and bell pepper.
  2. Chop the spring onion and slice the avocado. Pour lemon juice over the avocado slices.
  3. Spread the cream cheese over the tortilla wrap.
  4. Place the smoked salmon in the middle and sprinkle the spring onion.
  5. Add the sliced veggies on top and wrap the tortilla.
  6. Place the tortilla on a heated grill, and cook it for about 2 minutes, while turning it over, so it doesn’t burn.
