    2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons of olive oil
    ¼ medium onion, chopped
    3 ounces of halloumi cheese (3 slices 1-ounce each)
    3 grapefruit slices
    fresh mint, finely chopped

How to Make Grilled Halloumi With Grapefruit

  1. Add the vinegar, olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of onion to a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until even. Set aside.
