How about making a big, warm salad and sharing it with you’re significant other while watching a movie. One of the best things you can do is to grill some Halloumi cheese and some vegetables, then put a blueberry sauce topping on it. Sounds good, doesn’t it?

Ingredients Needed for Grilled Halloumi Cheese and Veggie Warm Salad

½ zucchini
½ yellow bell pepper
½ red bell pepper
½ eggplant
3 leeks
1 endive
2 ounces of halloumi cheese
1 ounce blueberry
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lettuce leaves
½ pomegranate

How to Make Grilled Halloumi Cheese and Veggie Warm Salad

  1. Slice the zucchini, cut the bell peppers into quarters, slice the eggplant, and cut the endive into halves.
  2. Grill the vegetables.
  3. Slice the Halloumi cheese and grill it.
  4. Put the blueberries, honey, vinegar, and olive oil in a blender in order to make a sauce.
  5. Remove the pomegranate seeds.
  6. Place the lettuce leaves on a large plate.
  7. Add the grilled vegetables and grilled cheese.
  8. Pour blueberry sauce on top and sprinkle the pomegranate seeds.
  9. Serve warm!
