Grape and Pineapple Smoothie

Refreshments, refreshments for all! With zero added sugar, no less! Milk tames the sweetness of the grapes and pineapple. It also makes this beverage just a little more filling. The lime zest and grape skin provide a hint of tanginess, for contrast.

Ingredients Needed for Grape and Pineapple Smoothie

5 ounces of grapes
1 cup milk
1 cup water
½ pineapple, cubed
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 ½ cups of ice cubes

How to Cook Grape and Pineapple Smoothie

  1. Add the grapes, milk, water, pineapple, and lime zest into a blender. Blend them until smooth.
  2. Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the blender and blend until you crush the ice.
  3. Add the remaining ice cubes to 2 smoothie glasses and fill them with the smoothie.
  4. Serve with straws and garnished with mint leaves.
