Gourmet Sandwich

Maybe you’re tired of LBTs. Maybe even PB&Js don’t do it for you anymore. How about trying a more gourmet sandwich version? Choose a fresh, crunchy and fluffy bread to slice into. Then add toppings like prosciutto, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, valerian leaves and radish sprouts, for a rich and incredibly textured result!

Ingredients

1 bread roll
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 tablespoon pesto
4 sun-dried tomatoes es
1 valerian leaves
4 olives, pitted
2 prosciuttos slices
½ red bell pepper, stripes
radish sprouts

Steps

  1. Slice the bread roll lengthwise.
  2. Spread cream cheese on it.
  3. Add 1/2 tablespoon of pesto sauce, then the sun-dried tomatoes, valerian leaves, olives, the prosciutto slices, and pickled bell pepper.
  4. Add the radish sprouts and the remaining pesto, then top the sandwich with the remaining bread bun slice.
