1 banana, sliced
1 egg
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of sugar

How to Cook Glazed Microwave Cocoa Cake

  1. Add the banana slices, egg, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder in a blending jar. Combine with your hand blender until you make a smooth paste.
  2. Pour the mixture into a ramekin (about 2 inches/5 cm in diameter), then microwave for 90 seconds.
  3. Add the sugar, remaining cocoa, and 1-2 tablespoons of hot water to a small bowl. Stir with a spoon until you get a shiny chocolate glaze.
  4. Place the cake on a plate, upside down, and serve it with the glaze.
