1 red onion, chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced in halves
5 broccoli florets

- Heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and start cooking the beef. Flavor it with ginger powder, salt, and soy sauce. Fry until caramelized.
- Separately, heat another skillet and begin cooking your vegetables. Add onion, mushrooms, broccoli, carrot, and a pinch of salt.
- Add your noodles, mix in the pan and spice it up with chili flakes. Cook for 1 more minute.
