How to Make Ginger Beef With Noodles

  1. Heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and start cooking the beef. Flavor it with ginger powder, salt, and soy sauce. Fry until caramelized.
  2. Separately, heat another skillet and begin cooking your vegetables. Add onion, mushrooms, broccoli, carrot, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add your noodles, mix in the pan and spice it up with chili flakes. Cook for 1 more minute.
  4. When ready, serve with fresh coriander.
