10 ounces of pork belly slice ¼ cup brown sugar salt 2 tablespoons of water 1 lemon 1 teaspoon ginger powder ¼ chili ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cabbage pepper 1 tablespoon mayonnaise forest fruits sauce

How to Make Ginger and Soy Sauce Pork Belly

  1. Cut the pork belly slice in thick strips.
  2. Make 2-3 incisions on the top fatty side of the pork.
  3. Make a marinade out of brown sugar, salt, and water and whisk it.
  4. Squeeze a lemon over the bowl.
  5. Add the ginger powder, chili, and soy sauce.
  6. Place the belly slice pieces in the bowl and make sure they are dipped in the marinade.
  7. Cover the bowl and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
  8. Shred the cabbage and the carrot. Put them in a bowl.
  9. Add salt and pepper.
  10. Mix the cabbage and carrot shreds with mayonnaise.
  11. Grill the pork belly slices for 15 minutes.
  12. Serve with ketchup.
