Ingredients Needed for Ginger and Soy Sauce Marinated Chicken

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon chili
2 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 ounces of baby carrot
4 ounces of green beans

How to Make Ginger and Soy Sauce Marinated Chicken

  1. Make a marinade out of the olive oil, soy sauce, water, basil, ginger and chili, by mixing everything together.
  2. Put the pieces of chicken breast in the mix. Marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a cast-iron skillet to a high temperature. Fry the chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes on one side.
  4. After you turn the chicken on the other side, add the baby carrots and the green beans in the skillet. Cook for 5 more minutes.
