Ingredients Needed for Garlic Shrimp

2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
10 ounces of shrimp
1 teaspoon organic butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

How to Cook Garlic Shrimp

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the garlic. Stir for 30 seconds, then add the shrimp.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Add the butter and cook the shrimp until slightly pink, about 3 minutes per side.
  3. Add the parsley, stir, then set aside. Serve with lime wedges.
