How to Make Garlic Salmon Steak
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
- Fry the garlic cloves on both sides and remove them from oil.
- In the garlic aromatic oil fry the salmon steak about 4 minutes on one side, and 3 minutes on the other side.
- Serve the salmon steak warm, with baked baby potatoes or your favorite side.
