⅔ cup vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves
1 salmon steak

How to Make Garlic Salmon Steak

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  2. Fry the garlic cloves on both sides and remove them from oil.
  3. In the garlic aromatic oil fry the salmon steak about 4 minutes on one side, and 3 minutes on the other side.
  4. Serve the salmon steak warm, with baked baby potatoes or your favorite side.
