1 tablespoon olive oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ pounds of salmon fillets (4 fillets 6-ounce each)
3 fresh rosemary sprigs
4 fresh thyme sprigs
- Add the olive oil and garlic to a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until even.
- Place the fillets on the work surface. Coat them with the garlic mixture.
- Line a roomy baking dish with parchment paper and place the fillets in it. Add the rosemary and thyme and bake for 15-18 minutes at 425⁰F/220⁰C.
