Ingredients Needed for Garlic Bacon Knots
flour for dusting
14 ounces of pizza dough (2 normal pizza doughs 7-inch each)
7 ounces of bacon (12 bacon stripes)
1 egg for coating
1 tablespoon garlic powder
How to Cook Garlic Bacon Knots
- Dust the work surface with flour, flatten the pizza doughs and cut them into strips. We’ve got 12 of them.
- Top each dough strip with one strip of bacon and make a simple knot. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the knots to it.
- Add the egg to a smaller bowl and whisk it. Coat the knots with the egg using a brush, then sprinkle them with garlic powder. Bake for 20 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
